REMEDIES TO MAKE DIFFERENT KINDS OF HERBAL TEAS AND ITS BENEFITS :

METHODS :

1. Digestive tea (drink during meals)

  • Take 2-tsp cardamom seeds,

  •  2- tsp fennel seeds Add seeds to flask and
fennel seeds


  •  Add 1-ltr water into the flask and boil it.

  • take 2-cups of boiling water,

  • Bring boiling water and add all the ingredients.Cover and turn heat to low.

 
  • Simmer for 10 mins. 
  • Strain and serve unsweetened (or add ½ tsp honey when the tea has cooled to body temp).

  • take ½ cup washed raisins Place raisins in a flask and


  • Add 1 liter of boiling water. 


  • Allow steeping for 15 minutes. 
  • Raisins can be eaten after you’ve finished drinking the tea.
